Jessica Auffrey
I started my career by picking up a phone, pursuing my passion and building the business of my dreams. Now, I help business owners do the same by helping them build communities around their brand and grow their business with an audience that loves them!
Where it started...
Jessica grew up dreaming of being an entrepreneur. Over a decade ago, she started a career in Business Management, working in the fashion industry, aesthetics/spa and restaurant business. Through the years of being heavily involved in the marketing of these businesses, she decided to get her diploma in Fashion Marketing & Buying at Lasalle College.

She founded Social House Media in 2020 after losing her job at the beginning of the pandemic. Having interviewed many marketing companies in the past, she always felt like none of them would share her level of passion and dedication to sharing the brand's message. Many agencies only offered one small piece of the puzzle, this is why, Jessica went to the drawing board and created the exact piece of the puzzle she felt was missing, Social House Media!

Jessica's love for social media and digital marketing is very apparent after a 5-minute conversation. She eats, sleeps and dreams of ways to innovate using online tools to grow businesses. She's always educating herself on the latest advancements in digital marketing and is always making new connections online. Outside of work, Jessica is very passionate about mental health, personal growth and development. You'll often find her sitting in a cafe sipping on a coffee with either her phone or laptop in hand. She loves to travel and spend time with her loved ones.

Maeve Murphy
Content Writer
Maeve Murphy graduated from the University of Toronto in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She then pursued an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College. Throughout her studies, she sought internships with boutique Public Relations agencies, working with several beauty and lifestyle brands including Maybelline, L’Oréal Paris, Doc Martens, and L.L. Bean.
In 2019, she returned to her hometown of Moncton, New Brunswick to pursue opportunities that will further her career in communications. She’s currently a full-time corporate communications coordinator and runs a freelance business after hours. An avid learner, devoted to her community – Maeve spends her free time with her Brittany Spaniel, volunteering at a local spin studio, and writing premium content for her clients.

April Cormier is a professional photographer and retoucher from Atlantic Canada. Offering high-end retouching services using non-destructive methods to other photographers all across the world.
